Kim Rust is a technology, digital marketing, and mobile app strategy consultant at Rustcraft Digital. Her expertise is rooted in the retail industry but also includes real estate, hospitality, and non-profit. Retail experience includes delivering in-store, online and mobile customer experiences that drive revenue and enhance loyalty for Estee Lauder, The North Face, bebe, Express, and Best Buy. She brings big company and start-up experience to the classroom; she worked for Macy’s in buying and marketing capacities as well as mobile tech start-up GPShopper in analytical, strategic, and leadership capacities. Kim holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from University of Pennsylvania.

Explore design thinking, developing a problem and hypothesis, customer interviews, personas, and the value proposition canvas.
DAY 2:
Analyzing and Priotitizing
Survey the market landscape, metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), minimum viable products (MVPs), and roadmaps.

Cliff Gilley is an experienced product manager and agile evangelist with over 15 years of experience in the greater Seattle area. He's worked with companies of all shapes, sizes, and markets, and has established himself as a thought leader in product management, blogging as The Clever PM and co-authoring blogs and webinars with corporate partners such as Pendo.io, LogiAnalytics, UserVoice, and others.
Cliff brings his enthusiasm and passion for effective, agile product management practices to the classroom at General Assembly.
