Are you looking to invest in yourself and your career? GA could be the right pathway to help you secure a job, a promotion, or a new career.

Whether you're a military spouse who's been out of the workforce for some time or a veteran transitioning to a new career, we want to help you build career confidence. Life paths that require frequent relocation can make it hard to sustain a long-term career — a challenge that often leads to underemployment, especially for military spouses. Blue Star Families’s 2024 report indicates that “while labor force participation among active-duty spouses has risen from 59% in 2020 to 71% in 2024, unemployment remains stubbornly high at 23%”. Between the rigid demands of military service and lack of childcare, many spouses have had to forgo a professional career. We're here to help with a no-cost upskilling option to launch your career in tech.

The Adecco Group Military Alliance Program has supported the U.S. military community through employment and education opportunities for over 23 years. The company has employed more than 100,000 military spouses and veterans to date. General Assembly (GA) and The Adecco Group have joined forces to invest in your career confidence for the third consecutive year. The Service Scholarship, sponsored by The Adecco Group U.S. Foundation, provides a path toward a career in tech that's flexible enough to accommodate relocation through remote work, while also helping program participants build a keen digital skill set. That means more opportunities for you and more support for your loved ones.
