To be accepted into the program, you will need to complete a phone interview.  The application process also includes technical and pre-work assessments to guarantee your place in the program.

After being accepted into the program, you will have the opportunity to apply to receive a full-tuition sponsorship by filling out an additional application about your personal and professional history and learning goals.

A fully-sponsored seat is not guaranteed. There is a limited quantity of fully-sponsored seats in each participating city, which will be offered based on application quality and merit.

Course Offerings

Join the Accelerate Community of Learners

This program is designed for adults with low incomes and is open to anyone looking to transition careers or simply gain training and experience in tech. When choosing candidates, we will look at two main factors: financial need and merit.

Candidates must meet at least one of the following indicators of financial need:

  • Have you accessed one of the following public benefit programs in the past two years: SNAP, WIC, EITC, Section 8 Housing Voucher, SSI)?
  • Are you eligible for the earned income tax credit (EITC) in the past two years?*
  • Have you been formerly incarcerated and/or justice-system impacted?*  

    Merit: We will consider past career successes, examples of a growth mindset, innovative problem solving, and strong communication skills.
